The company I worked for had all sorts of silly customer service related sayings that were intended to stick in our minds and blah blah blah... one time on the company intranet I found some old management training tools and one of the things said something like "See it. Say it. Own it. Do it." Meaning identify what you want, say what you intend to do, and make it yours. I repeated that mantra in my head many times at work...
I think that one was a derivative of something I learned in Six Sigma. I really need to get back to it :)
